James Eichelberger is "Mr. Change Now", a devoted Husband and Father, certified Purpose Life Coach, and a proven leader with a passion to mentor and groom leaders. He has years of experience working with students, school faculty, and high level executives. James has gained and developed the bulk of his leadership experience while serving as a Senior Leader in the United States Navy. After 21 years of honorable service, he retired and now serves as the Director of Youth (ages 12-College) in his local church. James launched "Change Now" to encourage everyone who hears his message to think big, set goals, and aspire to do/be better, NOW. He hopes to bring about positive CHANGE in students, faculty, churches, organizations, and the community.
